Yes, our pools are open and heated the whole season. Opening times depend on the time of the season. In case of even light rain, the pools are closed.
Yes, pets are allowed in all our pitches and in some types of accommodation: Maxikaravan Smart, Smart Family, Smart H, Charme 2, Solaria, and also in some Roccalux and Aquagarden. The extra cost depends on the seasonality.
Since our prices can change from day to day, there is no published price list. Our booking office is at your disposal to make a customised offer on request.
Breakfast service is only included for stays in our Aquaglamp accommodation (Garda Bubble, Cupola Geo and Geo Suite). In these solutions it is possible to have breakfast in our restaurant or directly at the accommodation, delivered by our colleagues. For all other accommodations it is available a la carte at our restaurant Botanika.
For each reservation, a €25 booking fee is charged. In the event of cancellation, even if free of charge, the fee will not be refunded with the deposit.

Accommodations & Glamping: Check-in 4 p.m. – Check-out 10 a.m. It is possible to arrive earlier than the check-in time and use the campsite facilities while waiting for your accommodation to be ready.
