Water
New chlorine dioxide water purification plant to guarantee our customers better water quality while respecting the environment.
Creation of the new Belvedere hydro-pool, with natural water treatment using a minimum of chemicals that could damage our ecosystem.
Installation of solar panels for water heating.
To reduce the waste of water and electricity, the change of linen and towels is no longer carried out weekly but only on request (after a week's stay) to increase the environmental awareness of our guests.

In 2021 we opened our new farm La Rocca del Garda and its animal park. On this farm we produce our own oil, wine and honey.

Restaurant Botanika is plastic free
NEW2023: Planting of 300 new hedge plant, construction of the new Top Due accommodation built with recycled materials and cork walls and the membership of Legambiente ecolabel, aimed at creating a pact between tourism operators and local areas, to build green economy sectors through the enhancement of sustainable tourism
NEW2024: We have introduced a new 40 Kwh thermal cogenerator, added new solar panels for an additional 40 Kwh of clean energy, and a natural sparkling water dispenser at the market.
Termoregulation
Replacement of asphalt in driveways with Biostrasse, an innovative eco-compatible technology free of substances derived from hydrocarbons, thanks to the total absence of plastic materials and derivatives from fossil carbons. These floors are "draining" and at the same time "athermal" in that they do not accumulate or propagate heat, thus guaranteeing the conservation of the microclimate that surrounds us.
The boiler block has been renovated, replacing the old ones with low-emission condensing boilers for even greater energy savings.
