The voucher must be delivered by the beneficiary to the reception upon arrival.
The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the stay at the time of the payment. The voucher cannot be combined with other offers.
Unless explicitly different validity stamped or written on the vouchers, they are valid for one year from the date of issue, after which the right of use definitively expires.

Transferability of the voucher
The voucher is purchased for a specific person, and cannot be transferred to other people, unless different and previous agreement with the booking office.
No refund is provided after expiration date.
