Camping La Rocca suggests that our guests try Fit and Sun Garda, a sports club offering outdoor activities around Lake Garda and its enchanting hinterland.

Our passion for outdoor sports and love of our local area drove our decision to open Fit and Sun Garda. We are not only lucky to be by the lake, but also to have the green hills and incredible mountains, full of hidden paths waiting for you to discover!

Mountain biking in the mountains of Lake Garda

From the lake to the hills and from there to the mountains, our SIMB guides will accompany you on the wide variety of trails.

Cycling on the roads of Lake Garda

The lake and its hinterland have hosted world championship and “giro d’Italia” cycling races. The variety of routes leading from the lake to the mountains or the nearby cities, make our area one of the most popular, much loved by cyclists from around the world. We can help you discover classical tours but also the less known ones!

You can enjoy an adrenaline-fuelled experience climbing natural rock walls in the utmost safety and with the assistance of our expert mountain guides! The walls are in the northern part of the lake, but also close to Garda. They are real natural gyms, suitable for experts but also for anyone who wants a gradual introduction to this sport.
